The Dur thread.



I don't care how good the food is, I would never go to a restaurant that does this. The "service charge" is built into the price of the food and drinks. It's called "labor costs".


I mean the service charge is nothing but a forced tip. At that point just raise your prices otherwise it feels like a deceptive billing practice.

I just said that to my wife when I told her about this post. (she rolled her eyes and told me it was too early for this :lol) Put the 18% on the damn menu. Itemizing it like this is performative. They have ever right to do it as a business, and we have every right to tell them to fuck off.
 
That would’ve just pushed it up to her spleen.
I think you twist it and it makes whatever wrap around it, then it's pulled out. Regardless, it's gonna hurt.
