I mean the service charge is nothing but a forced tip. At that point just raise your prices otherwise it feels like a deceptive billing practice.

I just said that to my wife when I told her about this post. (she rolled her eyes and told me it was too early for this ) Put the 18% on the damn menu. Itemizing it like this is performative. They have ever right to do it as a business, and we have every right to tell them to fuck off.
