I just decided to go ahead and buy a Brinkmann smoker instead of screwing around with the grill.

One of the first times EZ ever smoked anything he did so with a normal grill. I remember walking him through it, and now look here, he is a pitmaster.

It's a daily struggle to get through life like that. No friends, no women, jealously all around...it's tough.
 
My wife wanted me to brew a beer that she would like... I enjoy very hoppy ales and she does not. So I brewed a "miller" style ale. It is actually awesome. Of course it tastes nothing like Miller (which is a good thing) but it's light, crisp, and not overpowering hop wise. And it clocks in at only 4 percent ABV, so it's a great lawnmower/session beer.

IT people have to be the laziest group of workers ever. Everytime I call one of these POS IT people I get the same response, "that's someone else's job", then when I do it myself they get all pissed off because I shouldn't have "permissions". We need some mexican IT people up here.

I can promise you a subpar salary and east texas weather. That sounds like a good place to start negotiations. I will warn you, theres not much I can do about the salary.
