Exactly.

I laugh at grown adults, especially men, who still make a big deal about their birthdays.

WGAS? We're getting older and there's nothing about that worth celebrating.
I laugh at grown men who play video games. :unsure

As a technical matter I agree with you but as a practical matter I advise indulging your spouse with these activities because they thrive on them and it is much smoother for you down the road.

I'm all for it, my good man.

That's why I entertain the bullshit "holiday" known as Valentine's Day.

I'm simply saying that I don't understand why some adults actually make a big deal out of their b-days. If my wife wants to do something nice for me, that's totally fine by me.

I just don't expect it or think I deserve it because it's my birthday.

Don't even try to understand the opposite sex you never will. Just go with the flow. Life will be much better if you give a little.

Well, for her I do the nice stuff....trust me, I know how to play the game. :art

In a nutshell...let someone do something nice for you...and more importantly...you're a fag.

It's not that I don't want her to do something nice for me but more I don't want the attention to the day.

40 is a big deal...and the party is not really about you...it would make your wife happy to do something cool for you. 20 years down the road you will both look back on this fondly.

OMG I just found out that I have the same b-day as Hance. :ballpunch
