The river close to where I live already flooded into 59 north due to them relieving the dam over in Lake Conroe.

The San Jacinto river poured out onto 59 north this past weekend and flooded half of Kingwood. The water barely started receding yesterday morning, but it's still high and the ground is still saturated.

I've got the river to the north and Lake Houston to the east of me. It's gonna look like Water World around here by Thursday by the look of it.

We were camping in a state park over the weekend where the only road leading in and out was almost under water. We saw that it was about to storm there and packed up early. The lake had already crested and was going back down but no chances were taken that day.
