We just got right at 4" of rain in about an hour. In flatass Lubbock, that means nasty flooding.
 
This was at Lowe's about 30 mins ago...

I am at home now. I didn't have a choice but to get out. My son has band camp this week, so had to pick him up, and this storm kinda snuck up on everyone. Now, just gotta get my wife home at 4.
 


The yells at the end made me lol.

That is what the Costco parking lot looked like close to my house on Saturday, so if that's what's headed this way, then I really am gonna need a chopper rescue.

It hasn't flooded yet, but we got it pretty good last night and again early AM.

I'm taking a half day and working from home in the afternoon because I'm not going to get stuck in this crap going home.

Skittles replaced the green ones from lime flavor to green Apple. I had it unsuspectedly and was all wtf.
