Pay it but don't burn any bridges with the buyer or realtor. Grin and bear it as they say. It's a good feeling knowing you rose above the Frey and didn't resort to impulsive behavior.
 
I ended up making the offer of making the repairs in place of the warranty. The counter-countered keeping the warranty and we'd pay $175 towards repairs. Still annoyed, but I accepted it. Still have time before closing to plan petty acts of revenge too

And, here in Texas, we are buying an almost 1800 sq ft home with a huge barn on an acre of land for just over $141k. You really should consider moving, Phyllis.
