My wife is an amazing cook. She even uses the smoker during the summer while I'm at work since she is off. Yep. Ribs. Brisket. Whatever all week long.
 
If she can smoke ribs and brisket, I see no reason to continue testing.

She's obviously a keeper.

She had a bit of guidance when she first bought her smoker. I won't say who, but they are one cool mofo.

My wife isn't allowed by my smoker. I do allow her to prepare the meat, though. :unsure
