That was a fun time. Invading the DCT or whatever was so full of belly laughs. The Tech being out to lunch will forever be cemented in DCC lore.

They have some good dishes.

Ropa vieja which is a finely shredded beef with white rice and black beans is tasty.

Their sandwiches are very good, and their "tortilla" is very similar to an omelette. It's an egg stuffed with sausage but it's round and thinner than your typical omelette.

I've always thought their take on coffee was a bit strange, though. Drink it super strong, but in small servings. If it's more than 4 ounces, I'd be shocked.

Hell, I don't even think it's more than 3.

Yeah, I've had a Cuban sandwich that was pretty good, but overall (especially compared to other Latino cuisine I've had) I'm not impressed.

Colombian is probably my favorite.
 
I know I mentioned before the holidays that I was going to see Cheap Trick...I considered not going because I had 2 people cancel going to the show...ended up going alone...but holy shit...that was such a good show. They just started peeling off song after song...I kind of forgot what a great catalog of music they had. Highly suggest to see them if they are in your local area.

Cheap Trick had some good ones for sure.
 
One week and one day post surgery. Therapy is a PITA but necessary I guess. Pain levels getting better but still really sore. Other than than I guess I'm okay. Just in case anyone was curious.
