Test...

Alright.

Best bean.

Pinto or Black?

Skid, STFU and let everyone else speak first before you lend your very wrong opinion.

Pinto, and it's not particularly close.

Neither, Navy beans ftw

I'm trying to eat better but I freaked out and ate a peanut buster parfait AND a dipped cone. I just laid on the couch and and scolded myself.

That doesn't sound like you tried at all.

Sounds good. I haven't spent much time there, just passed through a couple times. The town seemed kind of country cheesy a little like Branson, MO but the area is really nice for a cabin situation.

We used to go to Branson when I was a kid.

Silver Dollar City as a 5 year old was frikkin awesome.

Haven't been back, but am sure wouldn't recognize it a bit.

Black, as a vegetarian I am more of an authority then the rest of you.

If you said black, you're gay. That is all.

I went to Silver Dollar City when I was around 10 and had a blast. We went to Branson for a couple days in high school as a class trip for some reason too. Then all we did was play minigolf, go to go-cart tracks and a water park, rent Honda scooters to ride around town, and pay off trashy townies to buy us liquor at night.

I feel somewhat vindicated. Black beans are better. Feel good to be on the side of righteousness.

So who is the lowest on the totem pole of Latinos? Mexicans, Guatemalans or Hondurans?

Central Americans have to be the lowest, right?

Then we need to discuss the lowest or europeans and those of European bloodlines.

Definitely us Central Americans, but in the eyes of the public, it's Mexicans.

You're average person doesn't really know much about Central America so they overlook it.

In terms of class (and by that I mean the way the people generally carry themselves, their etiquette, education level, and eloquency) I'd rank it (from best to worst):

1. Argentina
2.Chile
3. Venezuela
4. Uruguay
5. Colombia
6. Mexico
7. Puerto Rico
8. Costa Rica
9. Ecuador

Then you could throw in Peru, Panama, Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Dominican Republic all into the same bag because there isn't a big difference where each falls in the aforementioned categories.

If you were to split Mexico away from most of the north, they could easily rank #1 on the list. As you get closer to Mexico City and below, it's like a different world from the Mexico and Mexicans that your average American has come to know.

If we're talking totem pole in terms of power and influence in the Latin American countries?

Mexico is #1.

They have the most money and the most people and their reach extends further than any other Latin country. Like I said, don't let your 6th grade education Mexican from Chihuahua fool you.....Mexico's economy and their education is top notch, generally speaking.

Like I said, once you get south of Monterrey, it's a whole other world.

I'm not going to pretend to sound educated on the topic as I don't know many people from half these places. But I do know a handful from some and I can say they all should be ranked higher than Puerto Ricans based on your criteria. Granted, my experience with them has been so much more since they dominate the central FL area that I live in. But most of them don't carry themselves and treat others with the type of respect you're talking about.
