Yay, I made it back in. Went into Windows Credential Manager and removed the DCC credentials and it worked.

I was having issues getting the site to load. It was something with Tech's network because I could sign out of Tech's wifi on my phone and connect to the site just fine on cellular data. I deleted my stored DCC credentials in Windows Credential Manager and I was finally able to get the site to load on Tech's network. What, you don't check FB now or what?
