Test...

:lol When I was growing up and my mom made steak, I used to drown it in ketchup just to be able to stand it.

GingTFO.

Except I'd be able to attend one of your cookouts and be very happy with burgers and hot dogs.

That has to count for something.

You're just not as metal as I thought, that's all.

You'd still be invited for a cookout.

I probably wouldn't share any beer with you though.

And then me and the steak-eaters (who would be eating burgers and hot dogs just like you at this event) would throw carrots and celery at your face.

I don't like steak. At all. Haven't had one in probably about 15 years.

And I wouldn't be serving carrots and celery.

They would be on a tray prepared only to throw at people who admit that they don't eat steak.

Even 2233guy would be taken aback by this admission.

You've thrown the Test Thread for a loop, good sir.

Also, I prefer quiznos. Shame they're all gone.

What is it you don't like about steak?

A burger is basically ground up steak.

How do you feel about brisket?

I don't drool over steak I would take a great burger over steak most of the time.

I can only come to one reasonable conclusion for this bombshell.

Poor Geng has never had a good steak. Whoever made his steak in the past must have been a monster, and over cooked a shitty cut and tried to pass it off as steak.

There is no better food in this world than a bone-in ribeye, grilled over coals.

Those are legit questions. And I don't even listen to jiggy half of the time.

Geng, what do you have to say for yourself?

And I don't even listen to jiggy half of the time.

Really? I always read what he has to say. I usually get a good laugh.

Don't know what kind of ground beef you use but it's not always bottom of the barrel.

We raise our own beef, so we don't have that bullshit a grocery tries to pass off. And the burger is very good. But burger is still made from the cheaper cuts of beef. To try and say burger is ground up steak is just wrong. You'll never find anybody grinding up prime rib, rib steak, Tbones, NewYork strip, etc... for burger.

this is what I want to do.

Skid I have a feeling you are going to have more business than you can handle over the next couple days. It is raining sideways around here and I know New Braunfels/Wimberley/etc are getting it just as bad or worse.

I had some nice marinated flank steak, which I served with sticky rice and sweet peas. Somehow that combination just works.

Booze-san's rice with burger stuff though...wow.

I'd like to open a bagel store...have it open until about come in around 4 to cook my bagels, close around 3-4. I'll cater to the breakfast crowd, but if you want me to throw some chicken salad on a bagel I will.

I just kind of picture myself standing at the counter, chit chatting with people, talking about the old days. I am taking applications...and we can crowd fund this sum bitch if you want to.

Bagel and The Growler.
