Mustard detracts from a burger.
In certain cases, yes. But the arrangement of other condiments and additions determines the utility.
But mustard is still generally acceptable on a burger.

If I put ketchup on my fries, it is like putting steak sauce on the steak. It means the fries suck.
That said, I don't always have ketchup on my fries, but when I do, I put salt in the ketchup, then dip.
Ala Travolta in White Man's Burden.
Whew.
My whole world was crumbling around me.
But you were my lifeline.

Balsamic vinegar is occasionally added to the ketchup, mayo, hot sauce mix.
But that's only when I'm feeling classy.
Don't get me wrong, I am not advocating for steak fries. I just feel a fry should have some substance to it. I want to taste the potato. I don't want to feel like I'm eating string crackers.
Burger discussions and the test thread always go together.
You can always tell who you would want to be in a fox hole with.
Rice is where it's at.
Whatever, potato boy.
Rice is where it's at.
Know how I can tell you're gay?

Likewise, it just dawned on me you dislike pasta too.Nevermind, I hate you again.
Potatoes have their place. I do not hate them.
If I eat a steak, I require a potato, not rice.
But rice holds a higher place due to how it is more versatile.
Ever put beef and broccoli on potatoes?
I rest my case.

Eat shit and die.
I was referring to meal versatility as a staple starch. You ever put chili cheese and onions on rice?
I rest MY case.
GTFO. There is absolutely no way rice is more versatile. It has it's place, sure. But to try and claim it as more versatile is just silly.Potatoes have their place. I do not hate them.

Not as a snack, which to be honest, your pathetic chili cheese fries example speaks to.
But then again, I would not expect you to actually understand that since you are also a person who does not appreciate pasta.

Ever see anybody eating rice with their hamburgers? ~shout out to today's thread topic~

Wrong again. There about a million different ways to eat a potato as a side dish.
You can have boiled rice, or steamed rice, (which are practically the same, btw) or fried rice, (still the same, but with some egg in it) or... Uh... Did I say boiled already?
