Shaving cream is OK...I prefer Edge gel over Harrys. The Harrys shaving gel burnt my head like a MF'er..LOL...I think it has mint in it or something.

I didn't try the aftershave.
 
Odd coincidence, I just signed up for DSC myself and got my first razor the other day.

It was not awful, but then again, I am not a big worrier about how close my shave is. If it is reasonably smooth and I do not have to shave twice a day to avoid looking like a bum, I can deal.
 
BTW, those with "sensitive skin" who need "aftershave" balm and stuff are wimps.

once Harry's comes in, I'll use DSC to shave my butt. Think of me, Booze, next time you pick up the razor.

I am a member of DSC, and I love it. I get the 4 blade razors and I have no problems at all. Maybe Asian facial hair is weird.

Yep. Aside from having a barber give you a shave with a straight razor, you'll never get a better shave. And even though it's more expensive to get started with a good set, you'll save money big time in the long run.
 
I bought a Surface Pro last night.

Windows 8.1 is a horrible creation. I have no idea how to run this POS.

I love Windows 8. The feature I like the most is you can hit the Windows key and just start typing what you're wanting to find. Say you are wanting to bring up the calculator. Just start typing calculator and by the letter l it will be right there on the right. I have already pre-ordered my copy of Windows 10 because from what I understand it's similar to 8.

It's what Win8 should of been from what I've heard, personally I tried 8 when it first came out and thought it was a joke and went right back to 7. I will try 10 when it's released, no reason not to since it's free

I never understood the hate for Windows 8. It took me like 30 minutes to get used to, and I have loved it ever since.

It's not bad actually. There are optional ways to deal with the interface. If you want it to look like the classic interface click the tile that says desktop and it will look familiar. You will the be able to use the file icon on the bottom toolbar to utilize like the Windows explorer. There is a hidden tools grouping on the right side of the monitor that opens when you run the mouse in the upper right hand corner. These tools are also useful for searches and settings.

Maybe I'm just getting more resistant to change in my old age, I hated when we switched from Suretrak to Procore some years back at work too but love it now
