Winner winner doesn't bother me. The ding ding ding is retarded. Another thing that is retarded is FIFY.

I think that is what you said a while back in a very similar situation. It's iib with the first I capitalized. I just made it up on the fly.
 
I'm at the clinic now waiting to do my follow up 30 screening to the biometric screening I mentioned before.

I have eaten really well and have been an exercising MF'er, so my numbers better have improved.

The 2 biggest things I'm hoping for improvement on are my cholesterol and especially the triglycerides which were through the roof.

My triglycerides are way high, too. Are you just taking Niacin for it, or something else?
 
As an aside, we are fucking getting old when the test thread turns to medicine talk. :lol
 
This weather is fucking up my exercise routine...I may have to invest in a treadmill. Last week I got in 73 miles, now I am stuck on my elliptical in the garage.

I think I should be able to find a used one, but I hate those narrow treadmills, so the ones with a wider path cost more.

You can probably get a membership somewhere for the winter season for less than the cost of a treadmill.
