Of course. In a state that's pretty split, maybe slightly blue, Spanberger and Co are making the congressional seats over 90% Dem.

I doubt most of Virginians know this is happening to answer your question, but surely there is enough to know to sue and take this to the SCOTUS. Or at least the SC in VA.

I don't think they can do much about it if the people vote for it.

Pisses me off anytime either party tries to finagle the system.

The fact that there was absolutely NOTHING said by her campaign about this in the runup to her election speaks volumes that they know it's wrong.
