It was all a part of the "outsider" image where he was going to "drain the swamp" when at the end of it all, he was just another corrupt guy who fit right in.

I just find it funny that you think Trump is the one that has made acting like a complete asshole socially acceptable. Apparently you have forgotten all about the way the left has acted ever since he first was given the nomination to run. And ESPECIALLY how they acted starting the moment he won the election. Unless you consider what we watched from the left from the political leaders right on down to the lowest scumbag voter these last 6 years.

Yeah, that's not the "only" thing Trump did.

And he hardly made it ok to be a dick. He just mastered it.

I would say he took it too far and that's why I would support DeSantis over him.

Yeah, and that's what I said. He didn't say that all Mexicans or all immigrants are criminals or rapists.

He's saying that there is a concerted push by some forces (the Cartels?) to send lots of criminals across the border. That is true.
 
So if someone said trumpists are racist, bigoted gun toting rednecks, but finishes with “I assume some are good people…” you wouldn’t have a problem with it?
