This is a long-way of saying Zimmer is going to want our DL to do plenty of 2-gapping, although Mazi being a half second slow off the ball isn't a benefit to that either. You need to be able to get off the ball whether you're shooting gaps or holding the POA.
 
So tired of that narrative. Even if you're two-gapping, there's no scheme that teaches you to count to Two Mississippi before you get out of your stance. Even if you're just holding up the OLman, you still would want to fire off the ball into his chest ASAP.

Yeah I very much doubt it but NT's are sometimes hard to predict where they will get drafted. They seem to be on the uptick in the NFL recently. For awhile it felt like if a NT was projected in a round you could almost just guess on dropping that by a round on draft day.
