He was legitimately injured for the majority of the year and then I'm guessing he didn't want to come in cold in the playoff semi-final.
I read that he's going to do all or most of the drills, just not the 40, so that's nice.

Even if we take a WR round 1 or 2 I'd love to get this guy sometime on day 3, could be a Diggs-type situation where his stock got depressed because he was on a so-so college team.

No thank you. He might be an option for me. But it would be because most of the guys I want in the second are gone already. Fine player but I'm not pushing for an undersized DE that early in the draft.

I don't expect guys like Ika and Smith to be there, if they are I'd rather take them, but Hall seems like a more realistic option.

I'd say Benton over him too. And that's just at DT. There are defensive ends I'd prefer to Hall too. Corners, TEs and WR's I'd prefer over the guy too. But it also depends who is left at those spots. Hell I'd take Jack Campbell over him too. Again, not really a knock on Hall. I'd have to go back and watch more of him to really make that assessment. But he is an undersized pass rushing DE that there are a glut of in this draft. There will be DE's available. Because teams who take DE's aren't going to take a second one early. Half the teams won't even want to take a DE in the first couple days. Hall is a nice player. If we were thirsty for a guy who could just rush the passer I'd probably be higher on him in the second. But with Williams from last year, I'm really not that eager to take the position unless I'm just blown away by a guy I can't let get past me. Hall doesn't strike me as that.
Hell give me the Northwestern kid who is a 3 technique that just blew everyone away with an insane 40.
