That was clearly a TD, the line of scrimmage was a yard deep into the end zone and his forward progress was stopped before the fumble when he was in the endzone.

That does not excuse the fumble but it was a TD.

Interesting that James Washington is now the director of scholarships at UCLA, not for the athletic department, for the whole school. Pretty cool. I always like him.
