Just read about it. Says that it's just something that is supposed to get his base fired up and make more trouble for the right when it is denied in the courts.

This was something that was first proposed in 1972, and needed 38 states for it to become law. Over the years, states have signed off on it and in 2020, Virginia ratified it after being stagnant for many years, becoming the 38th state to do so. But even with that, it couldn't become law because 5 other states had rescinded their vote on it. And ratification deadlines have long since passed. And this is why Biden never said a word about it over his 4 years. Because he and his team knew it was nothing. But they do know that it will cause a headache for Trump when he takes office. And will hopefully make him look bad when it's denied by the courts as being legal. One last bullshit move by this piece of shit administration. And they love America so, so much.
