But if you're in a relationship, not sure how that can be nonconsenual.

They may be pushing the angle that an employee isn't able to consent to a relationship because of fear of reprisal if she says no. Which is bullshit. I'm just guessing though.

It is going to be really interesting to see how this all plays out.

That's what I was reading, that this was about the policy of superiors not being allowed to have relationships with people below them. I guess the fear of litigation is too strong if the employee ever gets fired, doesn't get that promotion, etc.

Still seems way too harsh, though.

A one year suspension for only that would be ludicre.

I mean he is the head coach? Who really works below him? Assistant coaches? Ball Boys? I mean this isn't a CEO trying to date date his assistant. Of course it's all hard to say until you know who the love interest is. I'm sure it will eventually come out. They've made this into way too big of a story for it not to.

I also like how they are trying to make it more about the video leak than a player clocking his teammate.
Yep. I noticed that as well. The Warriors are all about seeking out and punishing the person(s) who leaked the video but pretty much have a 'boys will be boys' approach in regards to Draymond.

I haven't watched them play yet and I'm wondering that myself.

I don't expect it to last but still a remarkable start nonetheless.

Yea, just an early season burst from a motivated team that probably feels disrespected while most teams are just kind of sleepwalking still.

They have a good number of solid vets though (Conley, Clarkson, Beasley, Olynyk) and Markkanen is turning into a B-tier star, so they might be able to sneak into the play-in if they don't tear it down to tank for Wembenyama/Henderson (which they likely will).

Just looked up how good the Rockets are doing.

I'm impressed.
