This is my point. You guys are openly admitting you don't watch the sport in one breath, then in the next complaining that she's being singled out and picked on. How do you know if she's being singled out if you don't watch?
People who actually watch the WNBA on a regular basis know that what Caitlin Clark goes through is WIDESPREAD throughout the league. The difference is if someone body checks Allisha Gray there isn't going to be a massive public reaction.
IMO a better conversation to nip all this in the bud is for the WNBA to change their rules to make things easier for stars like Clark. We've seen every other major sports league do this. NHL changed rules to get the goons out of the sport to create more scoring. The NFL is constantly changing their rules to benefit the offense, and when star players get hurt they change rules to outlaw specific plays that led to said injuries. It's time for the WNBA to do the same. Because right now they're playing 80s/90s style of b-ball. They're allowed to do stuff that's not allowed in today's NBA.
