I love Dirk.

He's one of my favorite athletes of all time.

But I hate to break it to you, Luka is gonna be better. He's already shown he's a more skilled all around basketball player.

If he wins a championship for the Mavs, there won't be any debate about it.

Luka is better at assists, but the rest is absolutely debatable.

One thing that bothers me about Luka is his FT shooting.

How in the hell can a guy who is as good of a shooter as he is be so unreliable at the FT line?

He's not terrible.....he's a career 74% FT shooter and is shooting 73% this postseason....but for a closer of his caliber you'd like to see that number be above 80%..

He's missed quite a few clutch FTs during this postseason run. Can't leave all those free points on the board vs the Celtics.

Always thought that was weird too. He just must not practice them much.
 
He doesn’t suck at the FT line. He’s not Shaq.

He strikes me as a guy who dedicates his time to the things that matter to him and I think he just doesn't really care much about his free throw shooting.

I hope that changes.

These Euro Whites are frustrating all these elite athletes in America. I think a lot of people here just can't wrap their head's around how seemingly out of shape guys like Luca and Joker are dominating the league.
