I thought for sure the Panthers would make a run. They are in trouble at WR.

Panthers fans have to be pissed right now at their approach in FA.

They need a WR badly and have yet to sign one, and what's worse, word is that their GM actually told Hakeem Nicks that he would be better off catching passes from Luck over Newton.

They are going to be even more pissed off now that Newton is out for the next four months due to ankle surgery and will probably miss any and all offseason work with a totally new WR group.

New NFL rule..whenever a defense lines up Danny McCray at Free Safety, other team is automatically assigned 6 points. Saves time.

I'm not sure I have seen a worse starting Free Safety in the NFL although Jeff Heath is up for the challenge.
