In cases against children, where guilt is not even in question, I would like to see more creative executions. A little extra deterrence. I think I should be made head of the committee.

I agree, but let's think bigger. How about a TV show where if someone gets something wrong the person in the cage takes the penalty for the mistake? The person in the cage would be someone on death row in the manner you described above. The penalty for the man in the cage would be dealer's call for the Administrator of Pain. It could be a jab with a cattle prod. It could be a sledge hammer to the foot. Only the AoP knows how the AoP is feeling on that day. He could decide he wants to tickle him to death. You never know about that crazy guy.
