Everything that is and has been wrong with this team.

We are among the worst teams in all of football when it comes to both talent evaluation, and the evaluation of our own team and situation.

The team constantly makes terrible decisions because they have this uncanny ability to look at a dire situation, and convince themselves that it is actually an advantage of theirs.

This isn't getting better anytime soon either.

I am starting to get how things roll in Dallas.

Round 1: Usually get their shit together and make the right pick.

Round 2: Jerry's choice. Everyone just shuts up and lets him have his way.

Round 3: Consensus. Let everyone argue it out.

Round 4: Scout's choice. Whatever dipshit the scouting staff wants to appear smart about.

Round 5-7: A mishmash of Charlotte, Spaulding or the creepy guy with the long hair wants.
