The Jags at least did the smart thing and took the QB they wanted best. Manziel would have been a better pick though.

Not that Bortles is bad, but please. Mack is a killer.
 
Bortles over Manziel.

Hurts our ability to have a QB we like fall.

Helps our ability to have a guy like Lewan Barr or Donald there.

Looked like some grimaces in the war room when Bortles went. No way they thought he was dropping to 16. Wonder if they had designs to move up to around 10 for him if he fell?
 
If Bortles was #1 on our QB board, I didn't see much of a reaction from the war room.

Try not to read too much into it.

You expect a football reaction. They care more about the BBQ that will be catered.
