Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

Here is the 1993 season. Didnt know about learning about the Bills shuffle pass right before the SB.

It was hilarious I think, didn’t Jimmy see it on the news coverage of a Bills practice?

Yes. Just happened to watch the news and catch it. Anyways these have been fun to watch. They have 3 cowboys that talk thoughout the show so that was fun listening to some stories. This one had Emmitt, Jimmy, and Bates. The one yesterday had Irvin, Aikman, and Norton.

I’ve seen them multiple times and am happy the narrators were not so many years removed from their Superbowl.

Irvin in particular still looks young

It is a yearly reminder that we get penalized in the HoF voting. Is Carnell Lake in yet?

What makes it worse is that, he kept playing at an extremely high level even after the glory years ended, but it's like people stopped paying attention as the Cowboys descended into mediocrity.

He was having one of the greatest seasons of his career in 2000. It could have been his 5th All Pro recognition but he broke his arm against the Ravens in November -- a game that he came back into and played with one arm!

I still remember John Madden commenting on what a game he was having with one arm.

It's a shame that people remember both Leroy Butler and John Lynch more than him when he was better than both.

Butler is debatable. But fucking John Lynch?
