Either way, I really hate when multi-millionaire athletes stay stupid shit like this as if they aren't given generational wealth and have to get from one month to the next like the rest of us do.

Like yeah....I totally get where you're coming from bro. Things can get tricky at times for me too trying to keep up with the multiple million dollar homes and 6 cars in the hundreds of thousands that I own. I might have to apply for financial aid so my kid can go to Stanford!

Even if some players don't acquire generational wealth, let's not pretend like being forced to actually have a job after football is some horrible life punishment. I get that some practice squad guy who plays in the NFL for 4 or 5 years might not have generational wealth. But they make elite money for their age and it sets them up pretty damn well for their future. So maybe you have to eventually work a job like most of us that aren't on government welfare as a 28 year old adult.

I’ve never seen a more coddled and set up NFL player in my life. Dak started that way, but his offensive and defensive supporting talent declined.

This guy always had a monster OL that never degraded and a solid defense to keep his non-scoring ass in games. I wonder if he’s ever been pressured.

Let’s see how accurate he remains without AJ Brown. Nooo, Howie ain’t going to let it happen. There will be some crazy backup TE who converts half the inaccurate targets now and he’ll find a miracle replacement for Lane Johnson next year.

It's more likely that Howie swindles some team into trading a first and third for Hurts and then smooth as butter drafts/signs a guy who does just as well as Hurts.

Hurts is a one trick pony, guy who can threaten run and make plays with the uncertainty that causes. Otherwise he’s a play action guy who can do nothing else.

But you’re right, there’s always some idiot team out there desperate enough to believe the press clippings
