I will indeed take the Radio guys with a grain of salt, but again, Tyler Smith being out can't explain all our struggles with run blocking. Bass isn't that terrible.

Something is wrong with the run blocking, it's been abysmal.
 
Anyway, got some autographs on a helmet and football at the gameday weekend.

Booker, Flournoy, Ezeiruaku, and Aubrey, of current players.

Also Tony Hill, Larry Bown, and Everson Walls.

Charles Haley was there too but Charles Haley seems like, I dunno, a homeless person who lives on team property and they cart him out for every event, basically. I already had his autograph on multiple items so I didn't need him to sign the helmet or football a second time, lol.

And I was at a tail gate party, inside a building for about an hour to get some AC, and when I came out people told me that Dez Bryant showed up and some people got his signature too, was kicking myself over that one.

We'll see how it goes over the next few games, need to see a bigger sample before I worry too much.

Game 1 was kind of a write-off because that's how week 1 can be and game 2 the passing game was unstoppable so there was no real reason to have to run it.

A lot of this falls on Klayton Adams. He is supposed to be the run game guy. I don't see a lot of creativity so far.

The bad thing is that it will difficult to get the run game in any sort of groove since our defense can't get off the field every now and then.,

Yeah, when you don't have faith in the defense it's kind of hard to run the ball a bunch. You feel the pressure to score. And frankly I feel much better about our chances scoring passing the ball than I do running the ball.

I don't think we have to do anything with regards to the way we are playing Williams. If Jalen Carter can play gap and half. I sure as shit think Quinnen Williams can do the same. I appreciate bringing out Eberflus and his scheme as though anything good came from it. And I find it funny that Williams is now being made to sound like some sort of a 3 technique, fly up the field DT. Dude is a powerful grown man. He can handle the scheme.
 
I don't think that's any revelation that this isn't the best scheme for him. Should have thought of that ahead of time, though.

I'd say get Joseph to broker a summer-long meeting with Wade this offseason, but Parker seems totally devoted to Fangio.

I mean we don't really know about Parker yet because he has only been a DC for two games. But during the offseason he seemed to push back pretty hard against the idea that he is just going to run Fangio's system. But what a person says and what a person does are two different things. What we do know is that Parker has experience in more than just Fangio, Including working with Vance Joseph.
