4.33 for Scott is nuts, I wouldn't even be mad if they took him at 20. He's slot only but he could be so dynamic there with his blitzing ability, supporting the run and instincts to drive on the ball in short areas.

Yeah and this is a guy who I believe tore his ACL in 2024. Came back and played a full season in 2025. But I think the 40 time helps show that he is 100% back now and has all of the same explosive ability you saw him play with in 2022 and 2023. 2025 was sort of a down year by comparison but it's pretty typical for guys to take a season to get back to their full speed after surgery. It kind of gives a lot of hope for what he could be in 2026. He reminds me of a guy that the 49ers would take in the middle rounds and suddenly they have another stud LBer.

I really like him. My only hesitation is putting him alongside Overshown. They are both similar players, and we’d be awful light in the middle. But God DAMN we’d be stupid athletic and fast inside.

Fuck all of that. At 20? You’ve lost your damn mind. Straight line speed isn’t everything. Alexander Wright was fast, too.

We'll see, he's one of the most physical, best blitzing/run supporting slot corners I've ever seen.

Because he's slot only and older I think he'll drop some, but he's going top 50. If he was 21 I think he'd go about where DeJean went or a bit higher.

I still question if he kind of sucks at actually covering people. Which is kind of weird to say for a guy who I really like for us. But I wouldn't take a corner who I have questions about his coverage ability at 20 in the draft, even if he ran a great forty.

Ehhh…not so sure about the 20 thing in terms of value. But in this crap draft, it might take that.

Yeah, I don't see him as a great cover guy at all. Which for a CB is a problem.

I think he's a guy who would constantly drive us nuts.
