The Skins have had a solid FA period but they also had one of the worst rosters in the league coming in, so if it all works out they might win 10 games, but more likely 8ish.

I can respect their nice signings while also recognizing it's not going to do much for the team in the win loss column. They just aren't great anywhere. Nothing about their offense or defense is going to scare or impress you.
