2026 NFL Cuts/Signings/Trades/FA Thread

They are claiming failed physical. But I feel like sometimes that's just an excuse to back out.
How did it take this long to figure out he didn't pass the physical?

Because the trade couldn't be finalized until the 11th. So I'm sure they did the physical today. And honestly failing a physical can kind of be bullshit. What one doctor see's as degenerative or scar tissue that needs removed another would say he is perfectly fine.

Or they freaked out about how many players left.

The Eagles are now slumming.

Heart breaking.

could the eagles be suitors for maxx now?

Ravens sign Hendrickson. Probably why they backed out of the Crosby deal.

You don’t think they realized they could land a similar player and keep their picks?

I don't, but if they did?

No one will do business with them again.

I don't think they want to take the risk of dirtying up their reputation and their integrity like that, but I guess you never know.

So Chaisson just signed with the Skins?...

The Skins have had a solid FA period but they also had one of the worst rosters in the league coming in, so if it all works out they might win 10 games, but more likely 8ish.
