Yeah, I think this was our LBer pick. Just one of the most physically punishing players in this draft.

Sounds like the Cowboys had 4 LBers they really wanted that all went in the second round but were realistic in that they knew they couldn't get them.

Hooker probably won't be here next year, Locke is on a 1 year deal, so on and so forth, but I agree that taking a safety might not be the best use of resources in the 4th even though I love the value.

Abney played predominantly outside corner. I think that's where he can play. Scott is pretty much only nickel.

It's why I would have Abney higher and Scott probably not as an option.

This is what I was saying about Parker and the interest in these guys and Harold Perkins Jr., all tweeners between off-ball/traditional ILB and edge rusher.

He must have a specific role in mind to have this much interest in several guys with the same profile.
