The appeal for me with Scott is he's uniquely excellent as a blitzer and in run support. I'm not totally sure what role he'd play now that we have Downs but I'm sure Parker could come up with some sort of rotational role that he could be useful in.

I think he would mostly just be a backup to Downs. I guess you could occasionally play Downs and Thompson deep and slide Scott into the slot. That would be fun.

I love Scott in the slot. I just worry that's what he is limited to. I need a real corner now. Not a slot only DB.

It all depends to me on the bone plug thing. Is it something that may need to be fixed 2 or 3 years from now? Or is it a shut him down now, fix it, and hope he can play a year from now? I think he is back from the ACL, so oddly enough that's not my concern. Its the cartilage issue. If it's not a problem right now I play him and roll. If it's a problem right now that's requiring surgery, I don't draft him even in the fourth.

I really like Sarratt if we are open to WR. I think he can play the slot, he can play outside, I think he was a massive piece to that Indiana offense. Honestly, I kind of felt like he was their #1 receiver...

He can compete with Flournoy for the #3 receiver spot right away in my book. And I really like Flournoy.
