I hope he goes top 19. He just doesn't look explosive enough to me to take at 20 for example. I think Howell is a better player and a better fit for example. Parker has some good power moves but he looks like a stout LE to me who gets you 5-6 sacks a year.

Which is weird because he was kind of a stand up rusher at Clemson. He wasn't coming out of a 3 point stance.

Yeah I don't love him at 20 but I bet a team falls in love with him.

I’ve mentioned him before.

He absolutely is not ready to come in and start, but my homerism aside, I would love to have him come in and ride the pine for 2-3 years behind Dak. Maybe he’s ready when it’s time for Dak to go. Or maybe even be a trade piece down the road.

On day three I wouldn't mind if we took a flier on Gronowski either so I understand the homerism. But much like your boy, Grownowski was a baller at the Shrine Bowl. Hell of a dude. Can throw, can run and will even throw a block. Would be a nice backup QB. Which is what I thought Dak was when we drafted him.
 
Another pass rusher having a great Senior Bowl no one has talked about is Derrick Moore. 10 sacks this past year for Michigan. Athletic and built perfect as a 3-4 OLBer in my opinion. 6'3" 254 pounds and has been great at the practices.

I put it in the Senior Bowl thread but I'd consider him along with Height if we moved down to around 30 or so.

We just pick the wrong Michigan guys.

But in all honesty, we are multiple coaches ago since Taco Charleton (Michigan and Dallas). Even Mazi was 3 years ago. Have any of the other Michigan Dlineman been as terrible as those two? We picked the wrong guys but that doesn't mean all Michigan guys are busts.
