We have already established he is employed as a scout. His eye for talent is the future.

I mean he is going to be promoted at some point. What a better way to justify it than to claim he has been a pro college scout for the last 5 years or whatever. This is what nepotism is all about.

Saying someone is in the conversation vs saying they are great value is 2 different things. I'm not disgusted by Faulk but I can name many names who will be available I prefer.
