Think his contract is guaranteed up to his option year so no sense in cutting him just to cut him.

It really is ridiculous, he was somewhat passable last year but I'm sure he'll be terrible again this season. They should trade him for absolutely anything if they can.

My guess is just like with Quinn, they see he's not good as an anchor type, so they're hoping if he loses a little he'll at least move better.

This will be two highly-respected DCs in Quinn and Eberflus thinking the same thing. I don't think they're both crazy.
