It still blows my mind that they drafted a guy who was very clearly going to be a 2-down, 2-gapping run stuffer who might have the potential to give you a few sacks a year, with the idea of trying to lean him up to make him more for an upfield penetrator.

There are only a few rare guys who are 315-320+ and able to do that across the league and they damn sure don't last until 28 in the draft or whatever it was.
 
I give exactly 0 fucks about this Parsons melodrama aside from the fact that this organization has been horrendous, illogical, and completely incompetent when it comes to doing long-term extensions. But that's not a Parsons thing, he's just the latest example of it.

And just like Lamb last year, we all know the situation, he'll get a top of market deal sometime in the next 4-5 weeks, probably in the 4/170ish range.

Totally fucking retarded way of doing business in the NFL. Made even worse with Jerry's dipshit ramblings about how he paid guys and they got hurt.
