How have I not seen that gif before? I love how he pulls his punch even on the fake snake. :lol

Watched every video I could possibly find on Thomas since he's been here and I'm fully homering out. His feet are a lot better than I thought they'd be. And he looks to be in better shape than when he first got here. Will the quickest rush ends give him problems, probably, like they do everyone. But I don't think you'll have to worry about him being bull rushed, well, pretty much ever. Kneeland has some power to him and when he runs into Thomas it's like he hit a brick wall.

Can we get Tyron back to tutor him like he was Guyton? Or even Jason Peters - that's who Thomas kind of reminds me of.

Sue me, but I have a good feeling about this.

I actually like both Thomas and Richards and I think taking an OL in the first this year is gonna end up being massive overkill.

Y'all are going to have to bear with me on this.

Like seeing Riley coaching him up. Can you imagine this guy and Tyler Smith on a duo block?

Jon Machota published an article this morning listing Lamb as the Cowboys best player in camp so far.

No real surprise there.

CeeDee's proven that he's QB-proof. Unlike most WRs, he's still very productive with backup QBs.
I'm listening to his interview on the Fan this morning right now. Will be good when they post just that, because he's so awesome. Pretty much a model professional in the way he goes about things. Truly loves the game and does everything he can to improve as a player.

Edit, they just put it up. Some really interesting stuff in there about how he trains, the new offense (which sounds like it will have some real differences), etc.

I hope these reports/comments about discipline being a focus of Schottenheimer are true. Seems like lack of discipline has been an issue for Cowboys teams since the Parcells era.

That was fake?
It is Van Damme, so you're right, it could be real. The snake died just on the approach of his fist.

It's a funny thing with Schotty. There are times where you see the old school in him come out. Like the making the players run and all that. But it really contrasts with some of the team building, friendship building and we are a family player stuff he does. It's all to say I'm glad he is showing some of that old school now to balance out all the buddy buddy stuff.

Oh and also 1 concussion closer to mandatory Guardian caps.

What a glorious day.
