Because we don't have enough distractions with a carnival barker running our team.

Basically saying, I know I'm full of shit but I don't want to come out and say that.

Garrett was annoying and super fake. He didn't invent the idea that culture and work ethic matters. So yeah we all mock the RKG stuff. But team chemistry does matter. Having leaders does matter. Having the right mix of personalities does matter. Hell you don't want a team full of boy scouts that are less talented than their opponent either. Sometimes you need a player who is a little crazy, angry, unhinged or whatever.

But yeah, every NFL team wants the right chemistry in the locker room. They just don't all create a term like RKG and then repeat it ad nauseum.

The article is mistaken though as it says they haven't been on Hard Knocks since 2008, when they were just on in 2021

I would rather take this than the whole season thing. Bad thing it happens right at the meat of our murderer’s row on the schedule.

I don't care for it and frankly the little I have watched of Hardknocks just wasn't interesting to me at all. I love football but I don't know if I really give much of a shit about the kind of stuff they show.

Fucking Jerry. And Sporting Fake News. :angry

I guess it is a little different since it's the whole division and not just the one team. But still.

I'm talking about what Dak said at the end about being the biggest optimist in the world.

17. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
Prescott remains the epitome of a quarterback who thrives against weaker opponents but falters when the competition stiffens. He earned a 90.0 PFF grade in 2023 — behind only Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes — before a late-season collapse ended his MVP bid. In 2024, the Cowboys stumbled early, and a season-ending injury sidelined Prescott before he could rebound. To rejoin the top-10 conversation, he must recapture that 2023 form and prove he can deliver against the league’s best.

Pretty much nailed that. Destroys weaklings and is a fucking cuck against real teams.
