I don't think those numbers are impressive at all. But by the eye test he did look better towards the later portion of the year. I chalked it up to a lighter workload as we seemed to use Dowdle more. Our run blocking was shit all year. But I thought Pollard at least got somewhat better.

The other thing is that Pollard is not built to handle an RB1 workload. Some are saying all he might command is $4M. I still don’t know if I do that.

I mean I wouldn't spend much. But like I said, Pollard is still probably the fourth best RB on the market. I don't know what other RBs will get. If Gus Edwards is say significantly cheaper I'd probably sign him instead. I'd probably prefer from a logistical point more of a power back in free agency.
