So I had to google Holistic to make sure what it would mean in regards to fucking football.

I guess they are going to try to treat and cure the mental and social aspects of this team?

There is one thing I have noticed about him now versus say a decade ago. He has learned how to stammer less and has apparently conquered his habit of constantly digging in his ear.

It doesn't mean anything, it's just a generic consultant-speak term he's using to brush off questions while we likely do the same shit we always do in the offseason.

3 year extension is just worthless. Especially at that price. You don't have any way to spread the money out into the later years. It would just put us in a horrible salary cap bind in a year or two. If that's what his agent wants I'd tell him to go fuck off. The guy either signs up for the rest of his career or I move on. This needs to either be a 7 year deal and lets get married or it needs to just end and roll the dice.

Yeah, the oddly no comment about wanting him back tells me they are moving on. Which is sad, because I feel like he was one of the few guys on the team who knows what it takes to win a Superbowl. A true professional unlike some of the jokers that have been on this team since the day they were drafted.
 
I bet they're thinking Diggs, Bland, and Lewis. Isn't Lewis a FA? They'll (over)pay him plenty to stay. For some reason they absolutely love that guy.

Unfortunately, even Ray Charles can see Diggs being super slow to come back from his knee. I guess our next star Eric Scott can do the job. :jerk

I just don't understand it other than he's relatively cheap.

Also, they had the same three (Diggs, Bland and Lewis) last year and still went and got Gilmore.

I think Lewis sucks as a top 3 guy but as a 4th corner you could do a lot worse. So I don't mind if Lewis comes back but there always seems to be injuries and especially with Diggs coming off a major one it just makes sense to bring back the good solid veteran (Gilmore) who stabilizes the unit and knows what it takes to win.

The report doesn't bother me because I'm assuming they're speculating without any real insight into our specific situation.

But if they actually do this? Rage.

Both at Prescott for screwing the team almost to the greatest extent possible, and at the team for not being willing to walk away at that point.
