Id be fine dealing him. That would be a massive waste of resources. It would be exactly the sort of dumb thing we'd do.

Well, you don't get rewarded unless you develop them to the point that either someone leaves and takes them with them or they are hired outright by somebody else. With our "always drafting well" reputation, all it would take is a hit pick or two credited to some propped up guy and you can get some draft picks. But thing is we are not set up organizationally for anyone to rise within the organization or even get credit. It's sad that you get rewarded for stocking your assistants with people of color. But that's the game that is played in the NFL.
I'm really close to relieving you of the burden of being here. That same question, per boozeman, could really apply to any of you.
Only Booze can make sacrifices to the gods.I'm really close to relieving you of the burden of being here.
This would not be a sacrifice, I assure you.Only Booze can make sacrifices to the gods.
You should let him stay but change his username to QuinthyCarterfan. This would not be a sacrifice, I assure you.

Yeah we have had plenty of those around here. This would not be a sacrifice, I assure you.
There better be a GD good draft pick.I don’t trust that there is any sort of plan for him.

I don't either but is he worth having a special plan for? I mean is his ability worth it? I was really hoping to see more flashes as a rookie. Instead I'm left wondering if he isn't just too small to be worth it in the NFL.
I have been preaching this for a while.I think he can generate explosive plays because he has good shiftiness and acceleration but you have to scheme space for him.
