King is an idiot. Also, if his big criticism of the first SF is clock management that tells me all I need to know about his opinion.

Doubtful but maybe. What I expect is since Jerry had somewhat of a success with trades for Cooks and Gilmore, that he'll try to do more of that.

I don’t see anything changing in that regard either. If Quinn comes back, there is zero reason to indulge him with FA gifts. This will likely be a very boring offseason with the hopes that everyone forgets that embarrassing loss by the time camp rolls around.

Precisely why you're seeing what you are from the fan base right now -- we all know there's basically no point in hoping for anything next season.

I think we could end up missing the playoffs honestly because this sort of situation creates an environment that is not conducive to winning whatsoever.

Yep, the people who focus on those last two plays are either ignorant or very lazy. Those games were already lost. And I think SF was a better team anyway. (Obviously this year was ridiculous.)
