very out of character for the Packers today. they usually avoid splashy signings.

Money always seems insane the first day. The cap going up this much has all the figures jumping even more than usual. When I see a deal the Cowboys should have done, that's when I'll get annoyed with the inactivity.

They are probably encouraged by their playoff performance and are legit going ALL IN. Especially while they still have a cheap QB.

Carolina turned down two #1s from the Rams a year or so ago. Will be interesting to see what they got.
