That was a dumb decision that damn near cost them.

If the refs hadn't stolen 5 seconds from them when they were repositioning the ball near midfield on the final drive, they might have had enough time to get closer for a decent throw into the end zone.

I'm surprised the officials didn't correct that. NDSU got a 1st down which obviously stops the clock in CFB, yet the clock was clearly running before the ref spotted the ball. The clock went from 15 seconds down to about 10 seconds.

Dude, I noticed that too and wondered if I was taking crazy pills.

It was actually six seconds -- after the first down stoppage it was 15 seconds, and when they were able to snap it again it was at 0:09.

But the announcers didn't talk about it.

I thought I heard them mention it briefly but they didn't make a huge deal about it. Given the circumstances that should've been a big topic of discussion during the broadcast and during postgame interviews.

I also blame that NDSU HC for not being aware and bringing it to the refs attention.

True, they mentioned it in passing, but not to the extent they should have. NDSU still probably loses of course, but six seconds isn't just a second or two. That's enough for a whole 'nother play.

Red Raiders come on at 6:30, so I guess I will have to pass.

Good news!

The OU game is tonight. Tech doesn't play until tomorrow.

Shall I find you an OU avatar to wear during tonight's game?
Damn, they are playing on a Friday? I think I'm busy. Will have to check my calendar, and fuck your OU avatar. Fucking Baker Mayfield loving motherfucker.

I wasn't even going to offer up a Baker Mayfield. He's in your head, Werder!

I was thinking something old school like Bud Wilkerson or Switzer.

Temple will be slaughtered. :lol

About 6 hours away from a look at whether the Sooners are possible SEC contenders. Looking at what I think will be a ground game by the Sooners. I haven’t kept up this off season.

It's not Oklahoma specifically, it's just that Temple sucks.

That doesnt matter. Talk mad shit and let the chips fall where they may. Being a fan of Texas Tech that has become an art form. Besides they are suppose to lose and it will allow you to give those guys the bird beforehand.

It's hard to keep up with rosters in this current transfer portal era.

I don't think tonight will tell us much of anything since this is such a lopsided matchup. I'm mainly looking forward to seeing how comfortable Jackson Arnold looks running the offense and seeing if the defense line looks as good as advertised.

Temple's QB looks nervous. Missed his first two throws badly.
