2024 College Football Chatter

The problem with it being regional is there simply aren't enough truly big-time programs out west. If there were, the PAC wouldn't have fallen apart.

They just don't love football out there the same way the Southeast and Midwest do.
Even if there were more big-time programs on the left coast, the Pac-12 was doomed to fall apart, anyway. The ADs were never focused on the aspects of sports to make the conference viable, and the conference leadership never supported nor defended programs when they were under unjust NCAA investigation. Their arrogance and laziness caused the conference to collapse.

That's bad enough, but is that the guy's twitter handle on the back of his jersey? :doh

God I hope Deion fails spectacularly this year. Kind of like last year.

One looks like it belongs to a guy in his 70s and the other looks like it belongs to a guy who is significantly younger.

Big shocker.

Why is this news?
I guess it is the way it was wiped clean. Nothing remains.

I doubt the new guy even got a say. They probably just told him this is what will impress recruits the most and did it that way.

Saban wasn't going for that. He could have renamed the entire university if he wanted to.

Yeah I seriously doubt new guy was like "ok let's get to styyyyyyyyylin"

@boozeman your Yellowjackets are looking pretty damn good vs FSU.

I'm especially impressed with what I'm seeing from their defense.
