Kind of like Bill Cowher, outside of one great year and consistently being good, the appeal isn’t overwhelming. Especially considering what he is being paid.

True and he isn’t thought of as the surefire safe bet that people think Cowher and Payton are. I get that there is only so much success to go around but if you aren’t bellichik or Reid there’s not much of a sure thing and even Reid didn’t win in His first coaching stop

It's why I've repeatedly pointed out that despite the national media constantly stroking Payton and talking him up as a Belichick level coach, his resume shows that he's essentially a Mike McCarthy clone.

The only difference being one is constantly dogged by the media (McCarthy) while the other is treated like coaching royalty. It's a great example of perception not matching reality.

I know someone was throwing around Zeke having to accept a salary in the $5 million range, but honestly I think that's unrealistic as well.

Just looking at the contracts that other past their prime RBs of this era signed, guys like Marshawn Lynch & Frank Gore, it's more realistic that Zeke will have to accept a short term deal that pays $1-2 million per year.

The only idiot that thinks he is worth 5 mil is Jerry Jones.

I don't even want him on the roster for free. It's not about the cap.

I know it doesn't have the same amount of users but I've had Fubo for a couple of years now and they have never shutdown. Only thing is that it's a little behind the networks so following the GameDay threads during the game can spoil things.

That's my point -- it's not there yet.

And if it's not there yet, it should not be the primary and/or exclusive medium for live sports.

Why do you think that bars/businesses are allowed to get ESPN+ and Peacock on DirecTV while the consumer subscription doesn't make those options available?

Because they know satellite is much more reliable so that is why they provide those streaming apps via satellite to said businesses.
